Detail of Youth Exchange Areas:
Teaching: Participants will be sent to public school to teach and facilitate students in many ways. They will be focused on civilization and awareness in many issues. Their mail responsibility would be developing critical mindness and teaching them according to their requirement shown by administration. Plus, there are several public schools near to Kathmandu valley without toilet. Participants can go to such kind of schools for very short period to help building toilet.

Also, SOCH is lunching temporary school for poor children near to Kathmandu soon. Many parents are migrating to Bhaktapur from remote areas for 6 months as a brick building labour with their family members including children. Parents do their job, but children are just killing their time even stay without going to school surrounding. SOCH Nepal has plan to establish temporary schools for those children to make them at least literate and making them aware of clean and fresh. Youth exchange participants have responsibility to teach them, aware them and make them literate at least. International participants should be responsible for teaching them in English and other general things.

Application for public school teaching program are welcomed anytime, temporary school will only run November to May every year.

Developing Youth Network: SOCH Nepal is a youthful humanist organisation having mission to increase active young members increasing rapidly. SOCH is actively working for establishment of local youth network in many districts of Nepal. Volunteers who are interested to participate in this area should help in many ways to support and convience local youth network to have more effective activities. More activities will be fixed after your application.

Environmental Awareness: General Nepali people and administration is not concerned about environmental problems. If we go to public hospitals; it is full of bad smells. Volunteers will go to those sectors to clean and aware people about making public places clean, so administration and people will at least learn about making public places clean and net.

Help Radio Program: SOCH Nepal is broadcasting weekly half an hour radio program form different 13 F.M. stations. It covers about 70 percent of Nepali land with 8 million people. If you have idea about technical and other useful thing to make this program more fruitful for listeners; you can apply for this wit your idea.

College Seminar: SOCH Nepal is lunching monthly college seminar on different aspects of Humanism. SOCH goes to school or university students in the class room to make people aware about Humanism. It is also about collecting active humanist members from College of University. If you have potentiality to organise and facilitate such programs; please apply for this.

Duration of Youth Exchange Program: Since SOCH Nepal's office runs whole year, we are open for application any time. It depends upon your time available. Please mention your availability for exchange program according to your accessibility. Please see your budget and other factors before confirmation of duration.

Since SOCH Nepal is member based humanist organisation of a developing country, it can not afford any of your cost although you will be working as a kind of volunteer. Participants are responsible for costs associated with visas, airport, taxes and other. SOCH Nepal will facilitate your each activity during the program. All participants should have health insurance during the exchange program
